OPEN ONLY TO U.S. RESIDENTS 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER WHO ARE EMPLOYED AT ACCREDITED PUBLIC, PRIVATE OR PAROCHIAL SCHOOLS IN THE U.S.
VOID IN PUERTO RICO AND WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. ELIGIBILITY:

Offered only in the United States and open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age and older and who are employed, during the Term of the Sweepstakes and when prizes are awarded, at accredited public, private or parochial schools in the United States that are organized and primarily operated for educational purposes, containing any class with students from Kindergarten through Grade 12, and being considered tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Service Tax Code or being registered as a public school with the National Center for Educational Statistics. Employees of Discovery Communications, LLC ("Sponsor") and CDW Government, Inc., their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, Promotion Mechanics, Inc. ("Sweepstakes Administrator"), and the immediate family members (spouses and parents, children and siblings and their spouses, regardless of where they live) or members of the same households (whether related or not) of such individuals are not eligible. Eligibility may be verified by Sponsor at any time. Any determinations of eligibility will be made by the Sponsor whose decisions are final. Entrants may be subject to rules imposed by their employers relative to their participation in trade promotions and should check with their employer for any relevant policies. Entrants are entering on behalf of their school.

2. TO ENTER:

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on January 2, 2009 and ends at 11:59:00 PM ET on May 1, 2009 (the "Term"), and consists of five monthly drawings and one Grand Prize drawing. To enter, go to the Win a Wireless Lab Sweepstakes page at www.discoveryeducation.com/cdwg and click on the "Enter to Win" button. Complete the online entry form by providing all requested entry information and answering all questions. All entries must be received by Sponsor’s server by 11:59:00 PM ET on May 1, 2009.
Limit one (1) entry per person per day.

3. MONTHLY DRAWINGS/PRIZES:

the Sweepstakes Administrator, an independent judging organization, will conduct five monthly random drawings, one for each month the Sweepstakes is running. Monthly entry periods and drawings are as follows:

Each monthly random drawing will award one prize: a projector valued at approximately $900.00. Entries from each Monthly Entry Period do not carry over to subsequent Monthly Entry Periods, but will be entered into the Grand Prize drawing. See Paragraph 4 for details.

4. GRAND PRIZE DRAWING/PRIZES:

On or about May 15, 2009, the Sweepstakes Administrator, will conduct random drawings to select five (5) Grand Prize winning schools to each receive the "21st Century Classroom", as follows:

  One (1) Grand Prize drawn from among all eligible entries received overall.
  Two (2) Grand Prizes drawn from among all eligible entries received from suburban schools.
  One (1) Grand Prize drawn from among all eligible entries received from rural schools.
  One (1) Grand Prize drawn from among all eligible entries received from public schools in Pennsylvania.
Schools will be placed into random drawing categories according to classifications as defined by the U.S. Census Bureau.

Each Grand Prize will consist of a Mobile Wireless Lab valued between $41,658 and $41,957.

• Two schools will each receive 20 HP Notebook or Tablet PCs, one Epson projector, one HP laser printer, one Promethean ACTIVboard and stand, one Promethean ACTIVote pack, and Linksys wireless access points.
• Two schools will each receive 20 Lenovo Notebook or Tablet PCs, one Epson projector, one Epson inkjet printer, one Polyvision Interactive Whiteboard and stand, one pack of Polyvision Qwizdom voting devices, and NETGEAR wireless access points.
• One school will receive 20 Toshiba Notebook or Tablet PCs, one NEC Solutions projector, one Epson inkjet printer, one Promethean ACTIVboard and stand, one Promethean ACTIVote pack, and D-Link wireless access points.

All Mobile Wireless Labs will include one Bretford mobile cart, one AverMedia document camera, and one Sony video camcorder. Decisions as to which school receives which prize package will be made at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

Each Grand Prize will also include a $5,000 Digital Media Grant for online and/or offline Discovery Education products to be selected/customized by the winning school.

Following the Grand Prize drawings, the Sweepstakes Administrator will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received from all school classifications to award the following prizes:

Ten (10) First Prizes, each consisting of a projector valued at approximately $1,200.00.

Ten (10) Second Prizes, each consisting of a notebook computer valued at approximately $850.00.

Five (5) Third Prizes, each consisting of a Canon digital camcorder valued at approximately $500.00

Winning schools (and entrant who submitted winning entry) will be notified at the school address by phone, email, postal mail and/or express mail, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received for each drawing. All prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible entries are received.

5. CLAIMING PRIZE:

Winning schools (and entrant who submitted winning entry) may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and (where legal) Publicity Release within 30 days of receipt of notification letter. Failure to do so or return of prize notification will cause prize to be forfeited and awarded to an alternate. No transfer or substitution of prize, except at Sponsor’s discretion. Limit one prize per school.

6. GENERAL:

Taxes on prizes and all expenses related to acceptance and use of prizes and not specified are the sole responsibility of the winning school. By participating, entrants and their schools agree [a] to these rules and decisions of Sponsor and Sweepstakes Administrator, which shall be final in all respects relating to this Sweepstakes; and [b] to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, CDW Government, Inc., the Sweepstakes Administrator, their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, agents and representatives and their respective directors, officers and employees from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from their participation in the Sweepstakes or their acceptance, use or misuse of prize including, without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage. Sponsor, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, the Sweepstakes Administrator, agents and representatives and their respective officers, directors and employees are not responsible for and shall not be liable for [a] any telephone malfunctions, human error, or satellite transmission failures; [b] electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind, including without limitation, server malfunction or by any human error which may occur in the processing of entries; [c] failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; [d] late, lost, misdirected or incomplete entries or postage-due mail; or [e] any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes or any portion thereof should virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the promotion, in which case all prizes will be awarded via a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation. Entry information becomes property of Sponsor. Internet entry must be made by the entrant only at the authorized web site address of www.discoveryeducation.com/cdwg Entries may not be made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other Internet website or e-mail address, including but not limited to commercial sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites. Entrants who enter by any method other than the one described in Paragraph 2 above will be disqualified. Use of any device to automate entry is prohibited.

7. PLEASE NOTE:

Please note that if you check the "opt-in" box on the entry form for this Sweepstakes, you are (i) agreeing that the Sponsor may share your entry information (including your name, address, email address, school, etc.) with our promotional partners and other parties; and (ii) granting us, our promotional partners and other third parties with which we choose to share your information permission to contact you about our upcoming shows, promotions or for other reasons.

8. WINNER LIST:

To receive a list of winners, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to be received by May 31, 2009, to: 2009 CDW-G/Discovery School "Wireless Lab" Winners, PMI Station, PO Box 750, Southbury, CT 06488-0750.
